Meet Sara

Hi, I’m Sara. Sara Camille Sullivan. I’ve been collecting tools over the last 10 years to help me in my journey to be the best version of myself. Tools like Massage Therapy (trained in 2007), Nursing (Class of 2011), Yoga (200 hour course completed in 2013) and Health Coaching (IIN 2016). I love to learn and I love to make connections between needs that are expressed and the tools that can address those concerns. I’m a healer. I see fingerprints of the Creator in every body I get to know. I am inspired and intrigued by these bodies that were created in the image of God. This is the life I was created to live. Listening, praying, breathing, walking with Jesus. I’m here to help you connect with your body, mind and emotions so you can move forward in pursuit of the life that you were created to live. I’m praying for you.

Who am I? I am a wife, mother to one sweet girl, daughter, sister, and friend. An ENFP, 7w8, I’m obsessed with meeting new people and ideas and learning. I love Indian food and hiking. My favorite mornings are spent riding my cargobike or working at Heifer’s Urban Farm. I live in an adorable artsy neighborhood and teach yoga for my apartment neighbors. I’m an upcycle artist, turning trash into useful and beautiful treasures and sharing the methods. I love people!

Over the years I have heard many people grieve their experience of forcibly leaving their mission because of health related issues. I have met with houseparents who had to leave the home of orphans they loved as their own children because of illness. There were families that were not able to fulfill their commitment because of overwhelming response to stress.

I am here to help you be more prepared for your adventure of living your mission. I am here to help you build a rhythm and awareness of your self care so that you are not blindsided by chronic health issues or a stress related breakdown. I want to help you be your best self so you can make the biggest difference. I have sent people on mission to almost every country on the globe and I’m not done. There is still work to be done. Let’s do it!
